In order to create a solution that fits the demanding needs of a small business owners, we conducted several contextual inquiries with individuals from various backgrounds and businesses. We were able to use the results of these inquires to create a prototype of our design. After conducting usability tests on new subjects, we modified the design and created a digital mockup. The process is detailed in the files below.
