Mailing Lists

There are two (official) mailing lists for this class. They are: cs6640 and teach-cs6640 . We can characterize each list by who posts to it and who reads it.

• cs6640 : This is for us to broadcast information to the class.
  • Who posts: The instructor and TA.
  • Who reads: The students. You should join this list.
• teach-cs6640 : This is for the class to ask questions of the instructor and TA
  • Who posts: The students.
  • Who reads: Professor and TA.

The bottom line is you should sign up to receive mail from cs6640 and you should post questions for the TA and Professor to teach-cs6640. To sign up to receive email from the class mailing list go to the CADE Mailing List Web Page and then go to the link for "cs6640@list.eng.utah.edu". You might need to get a login for the mail server, which you can request directly from that same page. To post a message to the Professor and TA, go to the CADE Mailing List Web Page and then go to the link for "teach-cs6640@list.eng.utah.edu", and go to the sidebar that says "Post".
