Figure1 and Figure2 will be the result of test.nrrd and brain.nrrd
is the figure 1 and figure 2 will be the result of test.nrrd and brain.nrrd?
When I run my code with brain.nrrd, everything look good and it looks exactly like the figure2, but when I run my code with test.nrrd there are only two black rectangle and the rest of the cell is blank. I check the file most of the data in test.nrrd is big which doesn't look like a color

Yes, figure 1 is test.nrrd and figure 2 is brain.nrrd.

I'm not sure I completely understand the rest of the question - for specific coding help, please stop by my office hours tomorrow afternoon, or if you can't make it to any of our office hours, you can email me your code and I can try to help that way.

For the test data, you need to convert the data value to a color code value. eg, if 0 = black and 255=white, the first value 52740 need to convert to a number between 0 and 255 in order to show the corresponding color.
HINT: get the max value in this data, set it to 255, get the min value in this data, set it to 0, then use map() function to map each value inbetween 0 and 255.
