Week 13: LGBT Rights across the world

This is a quite interesting visualization and I think it is very efficient to provide the viewers with information. I agree with the critiquer that the hues used in this vis are appropriately chosen and have a very aesthetic appeal. And I also felt that some pair of colors are not too easy to distinguish the information they represented. The critiquers thought that the second visualization is redundant and have no practical use, for which I hold a different opinion. I think the second vis provides totally different information and the size encoding of total population of the country is useful.
